If you are requesting an incident report that does not have your name listed or more than 3 incident reports, an Open Records Request Form must be completed and submitted. If you would like your incident report emailed to you, you must furnish a valid e-mail address. We do not fax reports. Incident reports sent by postal delivery may take several days to arrive.

Traffic accident reports can be picked up in person at the Dalton Police Department (M-F 8-5) or downloaded from BuyCrash.com.
