Well Housed Dalton

Well Housed Dalton is the independent housing authority serving the City of Dalton. Well Housed Dalton is not part of the City government, but the Mayor and Council appoint the organization's board of directors. The organization's work focuses on ensuring that Dalton residents have access to safe, affordable homes and opportunities for long-term stability and success. 

Well Housed Dalton's mission statement: "We provide safe and affordable housing in Dalton, Georgia while connecting families to available resources for success."

The Well Housed Dalton Board meets quarterly on the 4th Thursday of the month at 11:30 AM'. Meetings are held at the Round Building, 704 Gist Place, Dalton, GA and are open to the public.  

The Board is comprised by George Woodward - Chair, Zack Adamson - Vice Chair, Roy Acosta, Brenda Barrett, Lynsey Bethel, America Gruner, Dr. Richard Hill, Pallavi Manay, Antoine Simmons, Dennis Mock - City Council Liaison, David McKone - Executive Director, and Alejandra Ambriz - Assistant Director
