Arraignments
- Dalton Municipal Court arraignments are held every Wednesday and begin at 8:30 a.m.
- Your court date and time is indicated on your citation or criminal appearance bond.
- Please be aware that the Court Clerks cannot reschedule your arraignment.
- If you are in need of more time to pay a fine you will have to appear in court on your court date and speak to the Judge or City Solicitor.
