The City of Dalton is seeking qualified General Contractors to submit bids for 5 homes currently approved with the Housing Rehabilitation Program under the City of Dalton’s Minor Home Repair Program funded through the City’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. This program provides essential home repairs to eligible residents, and we are looking for skilled, dependable professionals to help improve the quality, safety, and longevity of homes in our community.
Contractor Requirements:
- Must be a licensed General Contractor in the State of Georgia
- Must carry required liability insurance and workers’ compensation
- Must have experience in residential rehabilitation or similar work
- Must be able to meet program timelines and quality standards
- Must be registered in SAM.gov and not federally debarred
