Part-Time Program Facilitator - Recreation Department
The City of Dalton currently is accepting applications for the part- time positions of Program Facilitator with the Dalton Parks and Recreation Center. This position supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of recreational, educational, and community programs for diverse populations. This role helps create engaging, inclusive experiences that promote wellness, learning, and community connection.
Responsibilities include facilitating recreational, educational, and enrichment programs, assisting with program planning, and implementation, creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for participants, supporting special events and community activities, maintaining basic program records and following safety guidelines and providing excellent customer service to the public. Applicants must have strong communication and group facilitation skills and the ability to work with diverse age groups. Schedule may include evenings and weekends.
