Request For Proposals - Fire Alarm System, City Hall
The City of Dalton requests proposals from qualified and professional contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and other necessary resources to perform all required work necessary to replace the fire alarm system, at City of Dalton, City Hall. City Hall is located at 300 W. Waugh St., Dalton GA 30720. This work must be performed in accordance with the specifications contained in the Request for Proposals (RFP) and must meet all Local, State and National Fire and Life Safety Codes.
The pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 16th at 2:00 pm. Sealed Proposals will be received by the City of Dalton at the City of Dalton Finance Department

until December 1st at 2:00 pm. The envelope contacting the proposals must be sealed and designated as the proposal for the project entitled: SEALED PROPOSAL FOR: REPLACEMENT OF FIRE ALARM. All questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted in writing via email by questions deadline of TIME & DATE TBD. Questions must be directed to: Matt Daniel, Division Chief (mdaniel@daltonga.gov). No proposals will be received or accepted after TIME & DATE TBD. Proposals submitted after the designated date and time will be deemed invalid and returned unopened to the proposer. The City of Dalton is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail.
